Does Sulinda piano come fully assembled?
The piano comes in a box with it's stand flat packed. You will therefore need to do some simple assembly. All fixings and instructions are included in the box. Assembly should not take longer than 15-20 minutes. It is recommended that two people do the assembly.
Is there warranty?
Yes, brand new Sulinda piano is covered with full 2 years warranty after purchase. Please keep your receipt for that period of time.
Is there headphone socket for quiet practice?
Yes, you can connect your headphones to your piano for quiet practice. The sound will cut off from the speakers and you can play without disturbing others around you.
Do Sulinda pianos need tuning?
Sulinda pianos are digital instruments and as such do not need tuning or any maintenance. Just plug the piano to your socket and you are ready to go.
Some pianos come with extra voices and a lot of buttons. Sulinda pianos do not. Why?
Sulinda is a SINGLE VOICE piano, it incorporates only one high quality set of piano samples. There are no confusing buttons and no hundreds of voices to choose from. Just one beautiful piano voice - like with a real acoustic grand or upright piano. This is intentional and designed to remove any disctractions from piano practice.
Ordering and delivery
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account.
Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
Why has my order been canceled?
We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.
How do I cancel my order?
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via email@example.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.
Can I alter my order?
When will my order arrive?
Orders that require shipping within the UK will be delivered within three to five working days, depending on your location. More remote areas may need an extra time for delivery.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship within United Kingdom only. We do not ship abroad.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders of brand new Sulinda products.
Used pianos are delivered with specialised movers of heavy and bulky items at a cost of £70. These can also be collected from our warehouse free of charge.
Can I track my order?
Can I return or exchange an item?
You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after your order, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging.
How do I return an item?
Please contact our customer service team via firstname.lastname@example.org. Providing the return is within the 14-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us.
Used pianos can be returned or exchanged with prior authorisation. This is done on 'return no base' basis and return postage needs to be covered by the buyer.
My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via email@example.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging.
